The sad news was received last Wednesday, April 23rd, of the death of Mrs. Thomas Martin Mayor, of Big Bay Point, Simcoe County, Ont., after a lingering illness. The deceased was one of the early pioneers of that part and highly respected by all who knew her. The funeral was held on Thursday at 3 p.m., to St. Paul's cemetery, Innisfield.
