On October 1, 1989, Mr. Phillip Hormidas LeBlanc of St. Albert passed away at the age of 71 years.
He leaves to mourn, his loving wife, Eileen and 10 children; five sons, Wayne and his wife, Mary; Rick and his wife, Cheryl; Pat and his wife, Ginger; Bob and his wife, Debbie; and Mike and his wife Anna; five daughters, Judy and her husband, Bob Mulligan; Joanne and her husband, Rolly Nobert; Laurie and her husband, Gary Weiss, Merilyn Horb; and Denise and her husband, Kevin O'Neil; 25 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Leo, Art and Hector LeBlanc; three sisters, Lil Holder, Jeannette LeBlanc, and Julie Prosser; and numerous other family members. Mr. LeBlanc was predeceased by his brother, Omer, and two sisters, Terry and Madeliene.
There will be prayers at the St. Albert Funeral Home (Highway 2 & St. Vital Avenue) at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, with a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, October 4, 1989 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Albert Catholic Church, Reverend Karl Raab celebrant. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorial contributions made directly to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 10985 124 Street, Edmonton T5M 0H9, would be appreciated."
