Passed at 96 years of age, we celebrate the life of our mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and sister. She was a pioneer of Richmond, born and raised in the District of South Arm and one of 8 children. Her life was full and she embraced every day. She wore many hats, foremost of which she was a farmer's wife and Mother. She lived her married life on Sea Island. She served as President of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Richmond Hospital for many years. She spent many happy days at Lake Tyee, actively participating. She loved to laugh and was always there for her family and friends. Jean leaves behind a daughter Sharon (Charlie), a son Reg (Shannon); grandchildren Allan (Shannon), Wayne, Ron (Theresa), Lisa (Ken), Robert (Jody) and Doug (Jen); great- grandchildren Reed, Coleman, Chanell, Kuira, Cameron and Mason. She is also survived by her brother Don and several sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all. Rest in Peace, Nan."2Civil Registration, Marriage - Canada, British Columbia, Reg.
